REFORMER CLASSES
Our Reformer classes offer a full-body workout using spring resistance and a moving carriage to help you lengthen, tone and stretch. Using a stable mat and adjustable springs, Tower is ideal for building strength, improving flexibility and deepening your practice—whether you’re new, recovering or ready to challenge yourself. Expect resistance, variety and a serious core burn in every session.

WUNDA CHAIR CLASSES
Small but mighty, the Wunda Chair is one of Pilates’ most powerful tools. With spring-loaded resistance and a minimalist design, this class challenges your strength, balance and control. You’ll move through a variety of positions—standing, seated, kneeling—for a focused, athletic workout that meets you where you are and pushes you where you want to go.

PRIVATE SESSIONSPrivate sessions offer one-on-one attention tailored to your specific goals, abilities and needs. Ideal for beginners, those recovering from injury or anyone looking to deepen their Pilates practice, privates help you build confidence and master the equipment. These sessions are a great entry point into group classes or a powerful way to stay sharp in your ongoing training. Whether you’re new to movement or refining advanced skills, private Pilates is the most personalized and effective way to progress. Sessions are 55 minutes.

SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONSSemi-private sessions (2–3 clients) blend individualized instruction with the motivation of a shared workout. Perfect for friends, partners or anyone wanting focused attention at a lower cost than a private, these 55-minute sessions use Reformers, Towers, Wunda Chairs and props to support all levels. Each person gets customized coaching while working toward shared or individual goals. Our instructors can match you with a partner or help you bring a consistent duo or trio to class. It’s fun, effective and designed to help you stay committed and strong.

Barre Classes
Our Barre classes blend Pilates, ballet and functional movement for a total-body sculpting workout. Using the Booty Barre® method, each class features creative choreography, upbeat music and small props to keep things fresh and fun. With a strong Pilates foundation, you’ll build core strength, balance and posture—in a vertical, high-energy format. Great for all levels, Barre is an empowering, feel-good way to sweat and move.
Melt Method Classes
The MELT Method® is a gentle self-care technique using soft rollers and therapy balls to release tension, ease pain and restore balance. Guided by certified instructor Pamela Franco, this class targets fascia and the nervous system to improve alignment, mobility and overall well-being. MELT is a simple, effective way to support your body—perfect on its own or as a complement to Pilates.
