Group Classes
Classes are a step towards making Pilates your own practice. As you share this experience with other students you become more responsible for some of your own instruction and guidance. This self-focus allows you to deepen your understanding of the Pilates movements and exercises. With less input from an outside source your mind is freed up to focus more on your internal voice and offer you the opportunity to develop your awareness and concentration. Our instructors are highly trained and certified Pilates instructors and each one is unique, bringing his or her own knowledge and passion to every class.
The Reformer will reform your body in a way that you have never experienced from any other workout. With its spring tension and moving carriage you will get a full body workout at any level and feel taller and lighter. Joe Pilates created over 100 exercises on this apparatus and we are just trying to master the first 50! It’s an amazing way to lengthen, tone, and stretch your entire body.

The Tower is a fast way to get your heart rate up, your muscles burning and your whole body challenged to the core. Tower is the ideal Pilates class for resistance training utilizing varied weighted springs to strengthen and sculpt you strong. Tower classes will also utilize other small apparatus to continue to challenge your balance, core, and flexibility. You will heat up, tone up, and have a blast!

Mat Classes are the original way Joe Pilates taught his method and are still one of the most popular ways to experience Pilates. You will learn a series of exercises that work the entire body. Expect it to be efficient: by decreasing the reps and increasing the work of each motion, you will obtain rapid and long-lasting results. These classes are for all levels and a great place for any beginner student.

Private SessionsPrivate sessions are recommended for beginners to optimize their Pilates practice and are required before entering group classes. Individual sessions are especially helpful if you’re injured or trying to break long-established movement patterns that are inefficient or detrimental to your posture, joints and overall health. No matter how advanced and independent you become in your Pilates training, periodic private sessions serve as “clean-ups” to ensure that you’re continuing to get the most from your Pilates program. Nothing works better for your body’s development than an individual, private Pilates session.

Duet SessionsDuet sessions involve two clients working with one instructor. They are a great way to get all the benefits of a private session but with half the cost. Our instructors are highly qualified to train multiple levels and can customize a workout to optimize fitness for both individuals. If you there's someone you'd like to share a session with this is a great way to spend quality time together. Duets are fun and the perfect way to stay committed. Yoga, focusing on breathing, stretching and centering, is a wonderful way to stretch and strengthen the body while calming the mind. At Studio Be, we offer deeply relaxing restorative yoga classes based on the teachings of master teacher BKS Iyengar as well as more challenging Vinyasa Flow.
