Katherin Lopez, Owner
Always active and athletic, fitness has been a constant and guiding force throughout Kathy’s life. Her inherent drive for health has naturally translated into helping guide others to achieve strength, balance and wellness. Kathy got started as a personal trainer but soon discovered Pilates and was immediately hooked. She earned her first Pilates Instructor certification in 2003 studying under Rael Isacowitz, a leader in the contemporary Pilates movemet and founder of Body Arts & Science International (BASI). Since then, Kathy has gone on to deepen her expertise, studying both the classical foundational work and contemporary expressions that make up the broad world of Pilates today from iconic instructors such as Ron Fletcher, Lolita San Miguel, and Kathy Grant, Alycea Ungaro, Brooke Silar, Mari Winsor, and MeJo Wiggin. When Kathy is not teaching Pilates or traveling, she’s practicing Yoga, hiking or enjoying the California beach town lifestyle with her family and two dogs.

Pamela Franco
Pamela is a classical Pilates and advanced MELT Method instructor with over 40 years of teaching experience. She respects the innate healing powers of the physical body and supports her clients to attain optimal states of performance and wellbeing through mindful movement and restorative self-care practices. Pamela is trained and certified in the direct lineage from Joe Pilates to Romana Kryzanowska. She apprenticed with Romana at Drago’s Gym in New York City and is dedicated to preserving and teaching the exercises using Joe Pilates original studio apparatus and applying his unique mind-body principles of “Contrology.”
Pamela specializes in The MELT Method and studied directly with the creator Sue Hitzman. She has earned the highest level MELT certifications in restorative fascial therapy and advanced techniques for re-patterning movement. A former dancer, fitness instructor and student of Zen meditation for many years, Pamela blends art and science into each client’s session for instantaneous healing and performance enhancement. She creates a welcoming, supportive environment for all clients to transform their health during each session, and to achieve step-by-step progress at any age or fitness level.

Kirby has been teaching Pilates in Ojai and Ventura for 20 years. She is passionate about creating a positive and supportive space for people to empower themselves through movement. Combining these methods and others, she has created a practice to align and activate the physical body, which allows you to feel at home in yourself.

Roger Gonzalez Hibner
Roger began studying Pilates with Romana Kryzanowsca in 1995 and continues his studies with Jay Grimes. He received his comprehensive training from the Pilates Studio, NYC, and is PMA Gold certified. He is currently teaching comprehensive and continuing education courses with Core Conditioning as a faculty member for Balanced Body University under the tutelage of Nora St. John. Roger has taught master classes at Universities, PMA conferences (in 2005 by invitation) and summer workshops. He has taught Nationally and Internationally, most recently visiting Bogota, Colombia. You can find him in the original series of Winsor Pilates DVDs. Roger moved to LA in 1991 to work with the Lewitzky Dance Company after having lived in New York and performing with the Solomons Company/Dance and the Milton Myers Dance Company. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BFA in Dance from the University of Texas in Austin. Before moving to Texas he lived in Mexico, where he was raised.

Jeffy Pellman
Jeffy has been a dancer her entire life, and after an injury led her to seek a new path, she discovered Pilates in 2002. She was immediately drawn to the practice for its accessibility and the deep connection it fosters between mind and body. Jeffy holds a BA in Dance from The College of Wooster and an MFA in Dance from the University of California, Irvine. She is also comprehensively certified in Pilates through Core Pilates NYC and holds a TRX Suspension Training certification.

Jessica Ryan
Jessica is a BootyBarre certified Barre instructor. She was born and raised in Oxnard and grew up dancing, so Barre came naturally to her. She took her very first Barre class at Vfit (Studio Be’s old sister studio) and considers it her introduction to “real fitness.” It led her to getting her BootyBarre certification. Outside of teaching Barre, Jessica loves spending time with her son, Isaiah, and partner. She is on a continual path to growth and finding out who she is. She loves moving her body and helping others find the same kind of love.

Jacqui Dufty
Jacqui began practicing Pilates in her early 20's and instantly fell in love with how it made her feel physically and mentally. This led Jacqui to becoming a certified Polestar Pilates instructor in 2022. Pilates is a mind body connection and Jacqui loves helping clients find the magic of movement. Jacqui is very in tune with her students’ abilities, making her workouts attainable for all while keeping things challenging and fun. Whether you are a brand-new student or experienced Pilates veteran, you will get the most out of her classes.

As a Balanced Body certified Pilates instructor, Jodie specializes in creating dynamic and challenging classes that encourage clients to discover their strength, balance and control. Her teaching style is energetic, motivating and precise, with a strong emphasis on proper form and mindful movement. Jodie loves designing sequences that keep clients engaged while helping them build strength, increase flexibility and improve posture. Whether working with individuals or groups, she aims to inspire confidence and deliver workouts that leave clients feeling stronger, more centered and accomplished after every session.

Cally Anderson
Cally’s love of movement began with years of dance training throughout childhood and high school. After high school, she pursued her culinary degree, but realized that lifestyle wasn’t the right fit, mentally or physically. Around this time she discovered Pilates and immediately fell in love. She decided to turn that passion into her purpose after moving to Ventura, completing her Pilates certification and beginning her journey as an instructor. Now Cally is deepening her understanding of the body as she works toward becoming a Physical Therapist Assistant—a natural extension of her love for Pilates and helping people recover, build strength and move with confidence.
