Classes are always fun, different and rooted in the Pilates method. Choose from a variety of classes ranging from Classical Pilates and Pilates Sculpt (think Pilates with a fitness twist) to Booty Barre and TRX strength training!

Our on-demand unlimited membership has over 200 classes with a variety of instructors and types of classes ranging from Pilates to yoga, barre, weights and body sculpting and toning. Workouts range from 10 minutes to 60 minutes because we understand sometimes you don't have a full hour and just need to keep moving. We have plenty of options to keep you fit and strong anytime, anywhere!

PRIVATE PILATES SESSIONS
One-on-one, customized training.
Private Pilates sessions provide personalized attention for those who are in need of one-on-one training to customize and support individual needs. This is a great place to start if you are a beginner or have never used the Pilates apparatus. Having a private session is the best way to familiarize yourself with the equipment to prepare you for group classes.
Privates are also great for athletes who require specialized athletic training or those who are recovering from injuries. Personalized Pilates privates can pick up where your physical therapy left off. Kathy has been teaching Pilates for over 20 years and has worked with people of all backgrounds and injuries.
Sessions run for 55 minutes.

Semi-private sessions consist of 2 people (duet) or 3 people (triplet) and are perfect for couples or friends who want more individualized attention than a group class environment and for clients who have specific training goals. Semi-private sessions are scheduled at your convenience and offer additional savings over private, one-on-one training.
We use both classical Gratz and Balance Body reformers, towers, Wunda chairs and barrels for our semi-private sessions. We enhance your workout with a variety of small props like the Magic Circle, small ball, a variety of bands and free/ankle weights. Our instructors will assess and create programs that will match your group's abilities, goals and needs.
